Fry the almond flakes in a frying pan. Sort out and clean the berries. Then sprinkle the berries with 50 g of sugar and marinate with the Grand Marnier. Chop the lemon balm and mix it with the berries. Then form the berries into two ovenproof dessert bowls.

Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and amaretto in a water bath. Add milk and liquid whipped cream and continue beating. Finally, fold in the whipped cream and the almond flakes. Pour the cream over the berries and bake under the grill. Serve the baked berries on the spot. It goes very well with vanilla ice cream.
