For the Sardine Olive Tartlets, blend sardines with oil, eggs, flour, milk and cheese in a blender until creamy. Line a baking tray with baking paper and sprinkle the chopped olives on 2/3 of the surface. Spread the sardine mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 – 25 minutes. Cut out cupcakes with a diameter of 3 cm.

Preparation Tip:

Before baking, sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese - then the pastry tastes even spicier.
