Finely dice the onions, remove the peel from the carrots and cut into pieces. Drain the pumpkin. Heat fat and sauté onion and carrots in it for about 5 min until soft. Add vegetable soup and pumpkin and simmer for 5 minutes. Mash soup and chop some of the vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and orange juice. Toast sunflower seeds in a coated frying pan without fat and stirring and sprinkle on top.
