For the popsicle, soak gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes. Squeeze gelatin well and melt in microwave or water bath and mix well with 3-4 tablespoons orange juice. Add sugar and gelatin-orange juice mixture to remaining orange juice and stir well.
Thinly line tall, somewhat thick-walled jars or ice cream molds with oil, pour in orange mixture, place wooden spatula or long plastic spoon in jars and freeze for 5-6 hours. Remove ice cream from jars by gently twisting the stem and serve immediately.
Preparation Tip:
Instead of orange juice, you can use 1/2 l of pureed, well ripe honey or watermelon pulp.
