For the strawberry cake, remove the cake base from the packaging. Spread neatly with apricot jam. Wash the strawberries and cut them in half.
Place on the cake base with the cut side down. Whip the cream with a mixer and cover the strawberries with it.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. So simple and yet so good.
