Instructions:

(*) Grilled peach with lemon ricotta and almond honey.

Fry the almond flakes in a frying pan and put them in a small baking dish, add the honey and let them sit for about 120 minutes.

Rinse the peaches, cut them in half, remove the pits, and place them cut-side down on the broiler.

Rinse the lemon while hot, pat dry and grate the zest. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.

Mix ricotta with sugar, juice of one lemon and zest until smooth, spread evenly on a plate. Place the peaches on top and spread almond honey evenly over them.

Tip: Apricots, melons and pears also grill well. Apricots harmonize tastefully with coarse sausages and mustard. Parma ham goes well with melon, goat cheese with pears.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
