For the foil fish variation, place a fillet in the center of a large piece of foil for each serving, bending the foil up slightly on all sides. Cover the fish with the vegetable strips, drizzle with a dash of olive oil (and possibly a dash of white wine), salt and close the packet not too tightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for about 15 – 20 minutes. Be careful when opening the foil, as it is very hot. Serve with the foil fish variation rice, parsley potatoes or just baguette.
