Fry rice with finely diced onion and peppers cut into strips in hot oil until light yellow, then add twice as much water as rice. Add peeled, quartered tomatoes and simmer for about 20 minutes until al dente.

Dice meat and fry briefly in lard. Add garlic, season with paprika powder and immediately pour in hot water until meat is almost covered. Cover the meat and steam until tender. After the meat is cooked, mix the meat and rice together and season with salt.
