Pine nuts, garlic, parsley and oil in kitchen machine form and grind. Add the rest of the ingredients except the tomatoes and grind. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, scoop out a little bit of the pulp and put a small amount of the pesto mixture on each tomato and leave to cool until ready to eat.
