Fry bacon cubes in hot butter, add chopped onion until translucent, add chopped beans, extinguish with a little water. Cut the potatoes into slices and add them. Add one chopped onion, salt and marjoram. Cook until tender and then mash.
Pour a little beef broth over it, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with salt pork, red liver sausage or possibly sausage.
