For the salty pretzels knead flour, powdered sugar, salt, butter, water and yeast to a dough and let it rise for half an hour. Shape the pretzels and bake at 160 °C for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the salt mixture. Then continue baking until they get a color.
For the salt mixture, mix 5 heaped tablespoons of salt with flour, gradually adding water until it becomes a thick mass.
Preparation Tip:
If you want your pretzels to be saltier, you can add more salt.
