For the cinnamon buns, mix the flour with the salt, dry yeast, vanilla sugar and 100g of sugar. Beat the egg and add it. Melt the butter in the warm milk and add to the flour mixture.

Knead with dough hook for about 10 minutes to form an elastic dough. Cover with a tea towel and let rise in a warm place for an hour.

Knead the dough well again and then roll out into a rectangle about 5 mm thick. Mix 3 tablespoons of sugar with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sour cream and spread on the dough rectangle.

Roll up the dough and cut off 1 cm thick pieces and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
