Chop the garlic, press it and mix it in a baking bowl with all the ingredients except the pine nuts and cayenne pepper. Pour the mixture into a large ovenproof dish or into small shells or molds, sprinkle with the pine nuts (or nuts) and cayenne pepper and bake in the oven at 180 °C until everything turns golden brown. You can serve the mussels hot (!) decorated with lemon slices and dill.
