For the ice cream tiramisu, cool the coffee and mix it with a dash of rum in a shallow container. Soak the sponge cake in the liquid and place it in nice glasses, mugs or bowls as the bottom layer. If necessary, drizzle a little more coffee-rum mixture.

Now place some ice cream on each of the biscuits, place more biscuits on top and finish with another layer of ice cream. Whip the cream until stiff and decorate the finished ice cream tiramisu with it.
