For the tortellini in tomato top sauce, first prepare the tortellini stuffed with spinach according to package directions for 6-8 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a package of tomato sauce with water to a boil. Use only half the amount of water indicated on the package. Add oregano, whipped cream, basil and parmesan and pour over the finished tortellini.
Serve the tortellini in tomato sauce hot.
